Babylon Mood have been delightingLos Angeles area audiences with traditional, fusion and theatrical Belly Dance and World Dance (Mexican Folklorico, Aztec , Flamenco, and Polynesian Dance) for 20 seasons. We have an extensive repertoire that encompasses both evocative traditional dance and electrifying fusion choreographies that link deep roots with modern music and themes. Babylon Mood are choreographed and directed by master instructor Regine Costello. Regine is a seven-time Belly Dancer of the Universe Trophy winner and People’s Choice Champion. She has coached 7 of her students to win trophies in their own right in this competition. Regine is also the recipient of the City of Torrance Excellence in Arts Award and has received a commendation from the California State Legislature for her work in dance with developmentally disabled adults. Babylon Mood are a diverse group of performers of many ethnicities and ages. We always aim to inspire as well as entertain!
